WEEE & RoHS In March 2005, the "Elektro- und Elektronikgerätegesetz" (ElektroG) was effected. It refers to European Directive 2002/95/EC. e+p has started to take care of all arising duties a long time ago. WEEE Few days ago, we have completed the registration with German Federal Authority "Stiftung EAR". Our registration number is: DE72183678 To deal with returns and waste of electronical equipment, we have found a strong and reliable partner in "der Grüne Punkt", a well known German authority for these kind of requirements. The professional handling of all e+p products on the market is therefore certain. RoHS Starting on 1st Juli 2006, there are new regulations for some chemical substances which may not be included in certain products. We have already changed production of many products to fulfil these requirements, so that we can already supply many products acc. to the future requirements.
